I am hopping on here to say that I am a member of the American Consortium for Small Ruminant Parasite Control, and if you are having issues with parasites, they have likely got the answers! I am happy to be your tour guide. I have raised sheep since I was a young girl in MO, and this is a strong interest of mine because I have seen what too many parasites do to our animals. Here in Arkansas, we have a break; but as lambs arrive, our sheep will be vulnerable again, and it's sure not cold enough here to kill parasites! Animal selection and pasture management are the keys.
