Go to the Website for the American Pastured Poultry Producer's Association (APPPA) https://apppa.org/
for a lot of interesting stuff happening, including the annual conference in January in Texas.
Here's a quote from the APPPA website:
"The American Pastured Poultry Producers Association is a non-profit trade organization that encourages the production, processing, marketing, and purchasing of poultry raised on pasture. We see pastured poultry as the model for environmentally, emotionally, and economically sensible poultry production that can feed your local communities uniquely nutritious, delicious, and humanely-raised chicken, eggs, turkey, ducks, geese and guineas."

APPPA is also offering an invitation to apply to host a regional event at your farm, with their support. Go to: https://apppa.org/regional for more information and the application. This is a solid idea, it seems to me! Go on a pasture walk, see practices first-hand, do some networking...is there any better way to learn?
They say: "Remember. This is a competitive proposal process. Not all proposals will be selected."

And then there's APPPA's (roughly) monthly Q & A calls:
Curious? Got questions? or Answers? The next APPPA call is November 14: https://apppa.org/event-3279433
