Connecting grazers with land; how?

All,
A livestock owner wants to expand and locate land within an hour of his place for a lease; how do you recommend finding that? He's checking with his NRCS agent, county Extension agent, the local Farmer's Cooperative, the sale barn, Farm Service Agency, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist. This is in AR; I believe other states have a way to connect crop farmers and livestock raisers. What have you heard and what do you recommend? Thanks for ideas!

In the tri-state region of Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska, there is a publication called the Fence Post, that has an ad section for looking to lease pasture from or to others. Perhaps you have a similar publication for your area.
